To get a better spacer with higher wear resistance so that it can be used several times.
EQ-solution:
Replace foam with non-woven and have a thinner corrugated sheet as a core material. Gives a stronger, more durable and thinner disc!
Result:
In addition to a disc that can be reused several times, transport and storage costs have been reduced by 50%! Previously 1 truck + trailer a week gave 1 truck + trailer every other week!
So we save millions for our customer
Challenge:
The customer has as a return packaging a foam bag that sits at each end of every other windshield in racks. This is to prevent the windows from hitting each other during transport. However, they have problems when the bags are basically ripped apart every time they are to be removed.
EQ-solution:
We produce packaging in a needled polyester material, more expensive to buy but virtually impossible to tear and wear out.
Result:
From holding a maximum of two loops, they now last for several years.
Bulletproof?
Challenge:
Customers who have problems with a safety plug when testing hydraulic systems at final inspection of pre-assembled cars. In some cases, the plug releases and shoots away at high speed and can cause injury to personnel. An important requirement is that the material must be very permeable to air but so strong that it cannot break from the plug.
EQ-solution:
We produce a special product that meets the requirements set. The material is intended from the beginning to protect the grass on golf courses from icebergs and accelerate the growth of the grass in the spring!
Result:
The product is tested and approved. Tests can now be conducted without risk to the staff.
No tangles on the threads
Challenge:
The customer has long polyethylene hoses to pull the electric cable through the frame beam. These are disposable packaging, relatively expensive to purchase. In addition, they get stuck in small degrees and unevenness in the beams, which makes it difficult for the installation staff as well as the risk of damage to the cabling.
EQ-solution:
We develop a solution based on a fabric intended for air bags for cars, a fabric with very high quality requirements.
Result:
For almost ten years now, we have delivered a constantly expanded range of cable bags to a very satisfied customer.
